HIRING FOR 2023 SEASON

We are looking to hire a few rockstar employees. 

This job is not easy. If waking up early, working hard, and getting dirty concerns you, then this is not for you. However, if you enjoy working outside, working hard, taking pride in your work, and traveling from job site to job site, then keep reading.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Lifting heavy equipment in and out of truck

  • Sweeping, cleaning, power blowing parking lots

  • Working with propane torches and hot rubber applicators

  • Measuring and marking out lines for parking layouts

  • Running small errands or job tasks

  • Working under tight deadlines and unfavorable weather

  • Packing up and organizing equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner

  • Ensuring job site safety, proper equipment use and maintenance, and an overall positive work experience among the crew


What I'm looking for:

I'm looking for an apprentice and a right hand man. Someone who is interested in learning the business and taking up the reigns working alongside with me.

I need someone strong, disciplined, passionate, smart and willing to work with a good attitude. You can go as far as you want in this company. If you think you may be right for this position, consider filling out the application form and I will contact you to schedule an interview. 

The ideal applicant: 
- has a valid drivers license
- is between 21-45
- has no problem working 8-10 hours in the summer sun
- will wake up at 6am and be ready for work (when necessary)
- is available for a 30 minute interview at Starbucks in Price Chopper (Webster)

Starting pay will be between $20-$30 per hour depending on experience.

This is a seasonal business. We work starting in April till about November. Sometimes, we work on weekends. Work is canceled if it rains, we can't work in the rain. Our work schedule varies. A typical work day may start anytime between 7am-10am and end at 2pm-6pm. Some days may start at 6am, others may start at 9am. Some jobs we work at night. You may work 5 days in a row and then have 3 days off. It all depends, really. I can't promise a consistent schedule, but I can promise clear communication and expectations.
